Certificate management
Certificates are managed in a dedicated interface under the Tools menu, where administrators can create and manage certificate templates. Certificates can be assigned to specific trainings via the training creation interface. A certificate can be assigned to multiple trainings.Certificate issuance
The administrator can decide whether a certificate should be issued for the training, select the certificate template, and define if and when the certification should expire during Step 3 of the training creation process. Certificates can be awarded based on specific conditions set by the administrator, such as:- Completion of specific quiz modules and meeting the minimum score for each.
- Attendance of required instructor-led training sessions or live meetings.
Certificate expiration
If the certificate doesn’t have an expiration period, both the certificate and the progress and score of the linked training are stored permanently. If the certificate is set to expire after a specified period, the progress and score of the linked training will expire once the certificate expires. The learner must restart the training and successfully complete it to receive a new, valid certificate with the reset expiration date. If a new revision of the training is published, the learners can either:- Continue taking the training version they have already started, and receive the corresponding certificate upon completion.
- Start the new revision and receive the related certificate upon training completion.
